Crowdfunding in the real-estate sector in Croatia
Real-estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction projects and urban development. It means pooling capital with other people to take part in real-estate projects that would be difficult to reach on your own.
Through a digital platform many investors contribute the funds that are directed to a specific project. When the works are completed and the targets are met, the profit is distributed proportionally among all participants.
This model allows people with small amounts of capital to invest in large projects such as residential buildings, residential complexes or the renovation of existing buildings, which is becoming increasingly relevant in the context of urban development in Croatia.
Crowdfunding opens up the real-estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the prerogative of large investors or investment funds: today, anyone can take part.

Yes. In Croatia, crowdfunding platform activity is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers and under the supervision of HANFA.
What is the minimum amount I can invest?+
The minimum investment per project is €250. Our goal is to open the market to investors who are just starting their journey.
How is the profit distributed?+
Profit is distributed proportionally among all project participants after the works are completed and the residential units sold, in accordance with the terms of each individual project.
Can I follow the phase my project is in?+
Yes. Through the platform you regularly receive updates, on-site photos, key financial indicators and independent supervisor reports.
Does investing carry risk?+
Every real-estate investment carries a risk of losing part or all of the invested capital. Altreniq carefully selects projects, but the investment decision and risk always remain with the investor.
