Privacy Policy
Altreniq d.o.o., Ilica 191, 10000 Zagreb, Tax ID (OIB) 12345678901 (hereinafter: "Altreniq", "we") processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR (OG 42/18).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Altreniq d.o.o., Ilica 191, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia. For any data-protection question, please write to privacy@altreniq.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide to us directly (full name, email address, telephone number), technical data (IP address, device type, language, referrer) and data about your interactions with the platform. To provide crowdfunding services we also collect additional data necessary to comply with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 and anti-money-laundering (AML/KYC) legislation.
3. Purposes of processing
We process data to inform you about projects, to send the newsletter you have explicitly subscribed to, to provide customer support, to comply with regulatory obligations and for statistical analysis of website usage in line with your consent (Google Consent Mode v2).
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for newsletter and marketing, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (letter b) for use of the platform, on legal obligations (letter c) for AML/KYC duties, and on legitimate interest (letter f) for security and fraud prevention.
5. Retention period
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and at most for the periods prescribed by Croatian law (up to 11 years for financial-services documentation).
6. Recipients of the data
We do not sell data. Data may be shared with carefully selected processors (hosting providers, newsletter tools, accountants) strictly to the extent needed to perform the contract, and with competent authorities (HANFA, Tax Administration, Ministry of the Interior) when required by law.
7. Your rights
At any time you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, to object and to withdraw your consent. Requests should be sent to privacy@altreniq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
8. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
As a rule we process data within the EU/EEA. If a specific processor is located outside the EU/EEA, transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
9. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 15 days before they come into force.
